Sale Conditions


The Sale Conditions (hereinafter only “General Conditions”) govern the sale of products marketed by the Antonella Manto Jeweller Company of Ribera in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with customers. The General Conditions shall govern all of the sale and purchase transactions between the seller and the client.


Registration


Registration must be made by users who intend to purchase on www.massimilianopaolini.com and benefit from the website. The person who registers claims to have read the Privacy Policy and that the personal data entered are true, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided. For any changes, the user must promptly notify the Company.


Acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale


The contract between the Massimiliano Paolini and the Client shall be deemed concluded even if only partially by Massimiliano Paolini. This acceptance shall be deemed concluded prior to a communication with any terms to the Client. By placing an order in the various foreseen terms, the Client declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and to wholly accept the general sale conditions.


Product availability and order fulfilment

The e-commerce system implemented on the www.massimilianopaolini.com website is designed to guarantee maximum transparency to the Client, showing in real time the availability of products in stock and pertinent delivery times.
However, we must consider that multiple users can place orders for the same product simultaneously and therefore the quantity of products actually available in stock will vary. In this case, we will notify the Client by phone or by e-mail for any problems related to the product’s availability.
The Client may then decide whether to cancel the order. In the case of a cancellation, you will be immediately refunded the amount previously paid.

reserves the right, even just partially, of order fulfilment based on the availability of products in stock.
Please note that the images and information within the product sheets are approximate and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual
characteristics of the article even if we take great care and attention in doing so.

Orders


Orders are accepted by Internet only (online). The customer who sends the order directly from the website will receive an e-mail at the end of the procedure including the order conformation and order number. If after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the sale shall be deemed as not accepted for all legal purposes, accounting, administrative or for the lack of product availability.
You may cancel an order by phone or in writing to maxpaolini65@gmail.com only if it has not been fulfilled and the goods have not been shipped yet.
For orders already fulfilled, the client must exercise his/her Right of Withdrawal.

Sale prices


All the prices on the www.massimilianopaolini.com website are in euros and include VAT. They are subject to change without notice. Except in exceptional or promotional cases, shipping costs are paid by the customer and obviously accepted prior to the order completion. In the case of a price discrepancy following the customer’s order, this will be immediately communicated to the client by phone or e-mail. The client may then withdraw from the purchase commitment without penalty.


Procedures and delivery times


Shipments are made by courier only. Delivery is within 10/20 working days (with some exceptions) throughout Italy following the order fulfilment. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and accepted prior to the order completion. Massimiliano Paolini is not responsible for uninsured goods, loss, tampering or breakage of the products purchased and for any delay in delivery by the shipping company. Claims and returns


Upon product receipt, the Client must immediately verify its status and compliance. Complaints regarding product compliance, including their quantity and/or appearance, must be made in writing using the appropriate procedure and form requested for product returns (RMA). The product must be shipped to our warehouses, free of charge, and accompanied by a shipping document with the RMA number. Products without the RMA number will not be accepted. In the case of an RMA request for a faulty or damaged product that results in being functional, Antonella Manto Jeweller reserves the right to charge the shipping costs for the return and technical expenses of € 25,00 + VAT. If your return is accepted, it will be refunded minus the shipping charges.


Applicable law and jurisdiction


Italian Law governs this agreement. The Court of Rome will be competent for any dispute that may arise on the interpretation and execution of this agreement.
